is based in Germany and has a particular focus on finding talents on the African continent. Given the evolution of the current style of football, their specific physiological and cardiological abilities make them a promising asset for the future of football at international level. Our mission is to connect young talents with semi-professional and professional teams in Europe and Asia and thus contribute to the promotion of the performance and quality of African games. We believe that from an economic point of view, sport is an economic factor insofar as it allows players to earn large sums of money, which they can then invest in their respective countries. Every year, we forge partnerships with football officials in various African countries with a view to enabling these countries to benefit from the provision of sport in general.
In the beginning
It is since 2017 that the CEO Mr. Mike Ola has been committed to bringing light to african talents. He has therefore first started with those who are already permanently or temporarily resident in the European area. During this journey he made good contacts with league football teams like BVB-Dortmund. This made it easier for him to obtain appointments for trials for his young recruits in various clubs.
The Opportunity
In recent years, recruiters have shown themselves to be more and more fond of the quality of African football. This opens a breach for African youth living on the continent, which must be seized as soon as possible. We got it. This is the reason why Mike Football Scout & Agent and his Partners travel several times a year to African countries such as Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Morocco etc. which are most distinguished by their performance and above all their ability to adapt to the Western system.
